It goes by many names: Spice, K2, Scooby Snax, Joker, Kush, Klimax, etc. Since it first began to appear on U.S store shelves, synthetic marijuana has become a drug of choice among American high school students, second only to marijuana. But this is one drug that causes serious health problems. RT Correspondent Meghan Lopez brings us the stories of three families dealing with the real consequences of synthetic cannabinoids.
